Prior to November, 1966, defendants, Elton Baker and Letha Baker, his wife, owned 2,128 shares (80.67 per cent) of the common stock of Olympic Telephone Company, Inc.; and plaintiffs, Earl Shermer and Etta Shermer, his wife, owned 228 shares (8.64 per cent). On November 11, 1966, Shermer sold his stock, through Baker, to the corporation for $10,000 ($43.86 per share).
