This is a personal injury action brought against the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board and its insurer for injuries sustained by plaintiff's minor daughter. The accident giving rise to this litigation is alleged to have occurred while plaintiff's daughter was preparing for the judging of science projects at Scotlandville Jr. High School.
