This is an appeal by Larry Coleman from a judgment of the district court affirming the decision of the Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of New Orleans whereby the Board revoked a Use and Occupancy Permit issued to appellant permitting him to carry on a business within the premises, 1501 Forstall Street.
