DAY, Justice.

The defendant, while a witness on his own behalf in a criminal trial before a jury, was questioned in cross-examination by the district attorney for credibility purposes, concerning three prior felony convictions. He admitted having been convicted of burglary and also of attempted auto theft some 14 to 21 years previously. On prosecution inquiry into whether defendant had also been convicted of a third felony—that of auto theft some 11 years before...
