This appeal is from action of the trial court granting a temporary injunction to restrain Fred Smith from operating the Aragon Ballroom in Dallas County pending final hearing and determination of a suit brought by the State to collect delinquent admissions taxes under chapter 21, Title 122A, Taxation-General, Vernon's Ann.
