This suit was instituted by Paul Hamon, appellant, against Dr. William M. Allen, appellee, for specific performance of a contract for sale of real estate situated in Corpus Christi, Texas. Trial was to the court and jury. After both parties rested, appellant filed motion to withdraw the case from the jury and to render judgment in his favor, and appellee filed motion for directed verdict...
