On January 18, 1966 at approximately 2:15 P.M. Paul M. Mass, plaintiff-appellant, was involved in a collision with a truck being driven by Wilbert Philip Austin, Sr., which truck was rented by Labiche's Incorporated from the National Car Rental System, Inc., defendants-appellees.
