This is a tort action in which plaintiff, individually and on behalf of her minor son, Ronald Ray Smith, instituted this action against defendants, Ferdinand C. Roy, Jr., and his wife, Mrs. Ferdinand C. Roy, Jr., and their insurer, the Federal Insurance Company, for damages arising from an attack on her minor son, Ronald Ray Smith, by a dog allegedly owned by the defendants.
