M. Donald Harris was convicted of concealing stolen property valued at less than one hundred dollars, and of carrying a pistol with intent to go armed. He was sentenced to one year to five years in the penitentiary and to a fine of fifty dollars and eleven months and twenty nine days in the county workhouse, with the two sentences ordered to run consecutively.
