BALDWIN, Judge.

This appeal was taken from that part of the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals which affirmed the rejection of claims 6-9 of appellant's application1 as being obvious over the prior art under 35 U.S.C. § 103. At oral hearing, appellant withdrew the appeal as to claims 6 and 7, thus leaving only two claims for our consideration. The Board of Appeals reversed the rejection of five other claims.
