Plaintiffs, Gladney Billeaudeau and Clayton Brown, the latter appearing as administrator of the estate of his minor son, Russell Brown, instituted this suit for damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained by Billeaudeau and Russell Brown as the result of a motor vehicle collision.
