This action is brought by the plaintiffs against the College of Artesia as a class action in behalf of themselves and the other black students at the college. They claim that the rules and regulations of the college are overly broad and vague and that certain action taken pursuant to them resulted in a denial to the plaintiff Fred McLeod of procedural due process.
