Suit was filed in this case by plaintiff-appellant, Readco Industries, Inc., to recover the sum of $9,321.82, allegedly owed by defendant, Myrmax Specialties, Inc., resulting from plaintiff's operations on behalf of said defendant as the latter's distributor of products sold in Louisiana and Mississippi during a specified period. Also made a defendant in the suit was Lyall Rosenfield, who was employed by plaintiff and against whom plaintiff alleged...
