In this admiralty case we must decide whether the post-Gutierrez1 doctrine of unseaworthiness is sufficiently expansive to embrace a longshoreman moving cargo from a point on the dock toward the vessel as part of the total operation of loading the vessel. The longshoreman, plaintiff-appellant Bill Law, was injured on December 11, 1967...
