Myers Company, seeks to recover damages for personal injuries, pain and suffering, loss of wages, and medical expenses arising out of an accident of September 15, 1967, when he was struck by a car driven by the defendant Mrs. Claudia P. Thompson while he was standing by the side of Flournoy-Lucas Road...
