This wrongful death action was brought by Mrs. Donna L. Pitts Taylor, the mother of a four-year-old child, Donald Keith Pitts. Donald was killed on the morning of March 4, 1968, near the driveway serving the duplex where he lived with plaintiff, the apparent victim of an unattended automobile rolling down the driveway.
