The Plaintiff is a potato grower in Grand Isle, Aroostook County, and had for several years sold to the Defendant, a processor in Easton, large quantities of potatoes grown by himself and others. The controversy concerns payment for a disputed quantity of potatoes shipped by Plaintiff to Defendant between June 6 and June 14, 1963.
