This is a taxpayer's suit brought by the appellant to require the appellee to account for some $7,000 in assertedly illegal fees received by the appellee, as deputy prosecuting attorney, during a period beginning in 1963 and ending in 1969. The special chancellor dismissed the suit on the ground that the chancery court had no authority to review the actions of the circuit judge, at whose direction the fees were paid.
