Appellant urges that the award is excessive, particularly in the award of consequential damages. The total award is within the range of the testimony as are both the awards for direct and nondirect damages. Only if the nondirect damages are broken down do the consequential damages become questionable, and in our opinion the trial court's explanation of its decision overcame any such questionability.
