Vullo (d/b/a Anthony Vullo Construction Company) and Coastline, Inc. Also a defendant is State Automobile and Casualty Underwriters, the surety on Vullo-Coastline's subcontract with the prime contractor, Jack Sanders, d/b/a Laguna Construction Company, who had undertaken the project...
