Henry Clay Thompson, a resident of Washington County, Arkansas, died intestate on June 5, 1967, seized and possessed of certain lands, approximately 54 acres, which are involved in this litigation. No administration was had on his estate, and he was not survived by a widow. A son, John L. Thompson, survived Henry, but there were no other children born in lawful wedlock.
