On May 13, 1968, Corporation I and its subsidiaries, Rolland Drug, Inc.,1 and Security Drug, Inc., were adjudicated bankrupts2 on an involuntary petition in bankruptcy filed by three creditors of such corporations.

John C. Rolland3 filed a proof of a secured claim belonging to him in the bankruptcy proceeding. The trustee filed objections thereto...
