PER CURIAM.

This appeal is taken from an order of the district court denying the petition for the writ of habeas corpus of a federal convict. We affirm.1

Appellant is presently serving a five-year federal sentence for a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a), the bank robbery statute. He was subsequently released on parole; however, a parole violation warrant was issued as a result of appellant's conviction for aggravated assault...
