Plaintiff filed suit against defendants for personal injuries on April 4, 1969. Answers were duly filed and on August 20, 1969, the defendants took the deposition of the plaintiff. In September 1969 defendants completed discovery and stipulated the case to the trial calendar without objection from the plaintiff.
