This appeal is from a judgment rendered in a condemnation suit by the County Court at Law No. II of Nueces County, Texas based upon an instructed verdict in favor of appellee-condemnor and against appellants-condemnees. The interest sought to be condemned was an easement 50 feet in width for a gas pipe line across a 280 acre tract of land owned by appellants located on Mustang Island in Nueces County, Texas.
