Defendant was charged with and found guilty of speeding under section 1002(b)(6) of The Vehicle Code of April 29, 1959, P. L. 58. On defendant's petition, we issued a writ of certiorari. The record is before us for our examination as to the regularity of the proceedings.

Defendant seeks relief, inter alia, because
