This is a jury-tried bailment case flowing from an aborted arrangement to replace a torn headliner in a new 1968 Chevrolet Bel Air sedan purchased by plaintiffs, Charley Ratterree and Brexine Ratterree, his wife, from defendant, Carl Honeycutt Chevrolet-Oldsmobile Company, a corporation, the Chevrolet dealer at Houston, Missouri. At the close of plaintiffs' evidence, the trial court directed a verdict in favor of defendant, General Motors Corporation...
