OPINION

DIMOND, Justice.

On December 1, 1961, the Board of Governors of the Alaska Bar Association determined that Neil S. Mackay was not guilty of professional misconduct concerning certain transactions with his client, Mary Hill Keno. Under a section of the Integrated Bar Act (AS 08.08.220) then in effect, the determination of the Board of Governors was final.
