This case and the companion case of Fireman's Fund Insurance Company v. Odell Vinson Oil Field Contractors, Inc. et al., 234 So.2d 541 (La.App. 3 Cir.1970), arose out of a multiple vehicle accident which occurred August 5, 1968, on State Highway 27 about two miles north of Hackberry.
