These cases involve actions for wrongful death by one claiming a relationship to the decedents by virtual adoption.

Claude William Limbaugh and his wife, Luna Casey Limbaugh, were both killed in an automobile wreck on November 6, 1966. Marvin Lee Limbaugh brought an action against the administratrix of the decedents' estate to establish his relationship with the decedents under the law of virtual adoption.
