Although Goff claims there are material facts in dispute, we do not agree. The first cause of action, for unjust enrichment, alleges the termination of the agency agreements by the defendants was without sufficient cause, was wrongful, unconscionable and contrary to public policy, and the defendants by retaining the deferred and renewal commissions earned by the plaintiff were unjustly being enriched.
