In the circuit court two cases involving the same parties were consolidated for trial by agreement. Both involved the right to the custody of one of the two children of the parties. One case was a habeas corpus proceeding brought by the mother, a California resident and domiciliary, to require the father to deliver to her the boy who had been temporarily placed by her with the father in Oregon.
