OPINION OF THE COURT

SEITZ, Circuit Judge.

George Eulo brought this diversity action against his former employer, DeVal Aerodynamics, Inc.1 (DeVal), Charles Russo,2 the former president of DeVal, and John Baldinger.3 Eulo sought compensation allegedly owed him by DeVal for services rendered during the period between March 15, 1959 and May 9, 1961.4
