This is a Workmen's Compensation proceeding. It resulted in an award to the employee after a hearing before a referee of the Workmen's Compensation Division. Upon review by the Industrial Commission the award of the referee was affirmed. The employer then appealed to the Circuit Court where the award of the Industrial Commission was reversed and the employee has appealed to this Court from the judgment of the Circuit Court reversing the award...
