Ford Motor Credit Company, after seizure and sale of a motor vehicle pursuant to executory process, filed suit for a deficiency judgment against E. H. Herron. Defendant Herron answered and filed a reconventional demand for damages for the alleged wrongful seizure of the automobile. Herron also instituted a third party demand against Morock Ford, Inc., the retail seller of the automobile, for penalties and attorneys fees because of the third party defendant...
