This is an action at law for breach of contract whereby the appellant, Dewey Jordan, Inc., contractor, seeks to recover $36,448 from the Maryland-National Park and Planning Commission, contracting authority, a public body corporate. The subject matter of the contract was the construction of an earthen dam on Rock Creek, Montgomery County. The contract price was $374,960 of which 94.6% was furnished by the United States...
