By information defendant was charged in count I with violation of Penal Code section 459 (burglary) and in count II with a violation of Penal Code section 496 (receiving stolen property). Defendant pleaded not guilty. Petitions for a writ of habeas corpus and motions to set aside the information (Pen. Code, § 995) and to suppress evidence (Pen. Code, § 1538.5) were denied.
