Appellants were convicted after trial in the Eastern District of New York before a jury and Judge Rosling on four counts of an indictment, charging them with importing, receiving, concealing and facilitating the transportation of narcotic drugs in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 174. The judgments were affirmed per curiam by this court, United States v. Vivero, 413 F.2d 971 (1969), and certiorari was denied, 396 U.S. 1017...
