This is a suit for damages brought by plaintiffs Hermein Murphy, wife of/and John T. Murphy on account of personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Murphy when struck by a golf ball driven by defendant Michael Podgurski at the Plantation Golf and Country Club in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. From a judgment dismissing their suit, plaintiffs have appealed.
