This is an action brought by plaintiff as conservator of the estate of her uncle, Broder Paulsen, to recover $31,100, alleged to have been wrongfully obtained from her ward by the defendants, Ezra Lynes and Larry Lynes. The defendants are father and son, and will be referred to hereafter as Ezra and Larry. Broder Paulsen will be referred to as Paulsen.
