On March 25, 1969, the appellant child was adjudicated delinquent for the unlawful breaking and entering of a residence in Dade County, Florida and committed to the Florida School for Boys. That commitment was suspended, and the child was retained under the supervision of the court. On October 28, 1969, a new petition for delinquency was filed.
