This matter began by suit filed in the Circuit Court of Morgan County. The complaint was substantially in code form for the recovery of rents due under a written lease, wherein appellee was the lessor, and appellant the lessee. The lease was for a term of five years commencing on July 31, 1967, and ending on July 30, 1972. The lease was for a restaurant, which was a part of a motel, owned by appellee.
