This case is before us once again, this time on an appeal and a bill of exceptions of each of the principal parties, the plaintiff State Realty Company of Boston, Inc. (State) and the defendant MacNeil Bros. Company (MacNeil). Each party claims to be aggrieved by the final decree entered by the Superior Court on February 23, 1968, pursuant to our opinion and order of June 8, 1956, reported in
