SHANGRAW, Justice.

This is an action of divorce brought on the grounds of intolerable severity and nonsupport. The case was heard on October 7, 1969 and was not contested. Findings of fact were waived. This was followed by an order of the court dated October 9, 1969 by which it was determined that "* * * none of the alleged statutory grounds for divorce were proven by credible evidence." The libel for divorce was dismissed with prejudice. No evidence was presented...
