In this action instituted in the Circuit Court of Cabell County, the plaintiffs, Vincent B. Tierney and Janice Tierney, his wife, and Philip B. Corkrean and Nora D. Corkrean, his wife, sought injunctive relief against the defendant, Z. Taylor Earl. The defendant filed an answer to the petition and by cross-claim sought redress for alleged wrongful acts of the plaintiffs.
