PER CURIAM.

Carl Roy Brauillet was arrested and charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony.* Following his arrest, he was taken by officers to the State Police Post at Brighton, Michigan. The Howell police chief requested a state trooper to question defendant to determine if he was involved in the breaking and entering. Defendant indicated that he was reluctant to discuss the matter.
