ONION, Judge.

The offense is burglary; the punishment, enhanced under the provisions of Article 63, Vernon's Ann.P.C., life.

The record reflects that the Armstrong Barber and Beauty Shop in the City of Dallas was burglarized on June 12, 1968, and a number of hair clippers, a screwdriver and other items were taken. The following day, Dallas City Police Officers Davis and Eady, acting upon information received, went to appellant's apartment...
