QUEALY, Judge:

This is a case for redetermination of deficiencies in income tax of petitioner for the fiscal year ended August 31, 1964, in the amount of $18,815.90 and for the fiscal year ended August 31, 1965, in the amount of $16,759.34.

Some of the issues raised in the petition were settled by stipulation of the parties. The remaining issues are (1) the useful life for purposes of depreciation of the buildings making up the Fort Walton Square shopping...
