This controversy stems from an appeal to the district court from the appraisers' award in a highway condemnation proceeding.

Although several tracts were involved, we are interested in only two parcels designated as tract 6 (1) and tracts 14 (a) and (b). A more detailed legal description would only tend to confuse.

As the two tracts involve different facts and different questions...
