In this instance, we are called upon to determine whether section 9-201 of the Illinois Vehicle Law (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1967, ch. 95 1/2, par. 9-201), commonly referred to as the "guest statute", is to be construed as applying to infant children under seven years of age.
